Pak by tato stavba m\u011bla podle z\u00e1kona \u010d. 406\/2000 Sb., o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed energi\u00ed, ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f, plnit po\u017eadavky na energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost budovy. To, \u017ee stavba po\u017eadavky pln\u00ed, dokazuje stavebn\u00edk, vlastn\u00edk budovy p\u0159\u00edp.\u00a0spole\u010denstv\u00ed vlastn\u00edk\u016f jednotek (SVJ)\u00a0pr\u016fkazem energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budovy (pr\u016fkaz) p\u0159i stavebn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Ostatn\u011b pr\u016fkaz je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektov\u00e9 dokumentace pro povolen\u00ed stavby tak\u00e9 podle stavebn\u00edho z\u00e1kona. Za pln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f je odpov\u011bdn\u00fd stavebn\u00edk, vlastn\u00edk budovy p\u0159\u00edp. SVJ.<\/p>\n<p>Jsou v\u0161ak ale p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy samotn\u00fd pr\u016fkaz nesta\u010d\u00ed a m\u011bl by obsahovat nav\u00edc je\u0161t\u011b i energetick\u00fd posudek. To se t\u00fdk\u00e1 nov\u00e9 \u010di rekonstruovan\u00e9 stavby, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 pl\u00e1novan\u00fd\/skute\u010dn\u00fd zdroj energie nad 200 kW instalovan\u00e9ho teplen\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu. Pokud takov\u00e1 stavba nen\u00ed napojena na\u00a0soustavu z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed teplem\u00a0\u010di zdroj obnoviteln\u00e9 energie (nap\u0159. tepeln\u00e9 \u010derpadlo), pak si stavebn\u00edk, vlastn\u00edk, SVJ opat\u0159\u00ed energetick\u00fd posudek k\u00a0zhodnocen\u00ed stavu, zda by pro stavbu nebyl vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jin\u00fd, ekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdroj energie. Nap\u0159. je-li v\u00a0budov\u011b pl\u00e1nov\u00e1na plynov\u00e1 kotelna, zda by nebylo ekonomicky a ekologicky v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed j\u00ed nahradit t\u0159eba tepeln\u00fdm \u010derpadlem. Energetick\u00fd posudek d\u00e1 stavebn\u00edkovi, vlastn\u00edkovi, SVJ informaci o dal\u0161\u00ed alternativ\u011b z\u00a0pohledu n\u00e1rok\u016f na energii. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pr\u016fkazu energetick\u00fd posudek \u2013 jedn\u00e1 se jen o v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed budovy \u2013 nech\u00e1 si stavebn\u00edk, vlastn\u00edk, SVJ vydat tzv. z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 stanovisko St\u00e1tn\u00ed energetick\u00e9 inspekce, kter\u00e9 je pak sou\u010d\u00e1sti \u017e\u00e1dosti o povolen\u00ed stavby. Stavebn\u00edk, vlastn\u00edk, SVJ doru\u010d\u00ed na SEI aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed projektovou dokumentaci, pr\u016fkaz a posudek. Pracovn\u00edci SEI posoud\u00ed pr\u016fkaz s\u00a0posudkem v\u016f\u010di projektov\u00e9 dokumentaci a pokud dokumenty odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed pln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016fm na energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost budovy vydaj\u00ed z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 stanovisko, kter\u00e9 stavebn\u00edk, vlastn\u00edk, SVJ p\u0159ilo\u017e\u00ed k\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dosti o povolen\u00ed stavby.<\/p>\n<p>*v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnou dokon\u010den\u00e9 budovy se rozum\u00ed takov\u00e1 zm\u011bna, kter\u00e1 se prov\u00e1d\u00ed na v\u00edce ne\u017e 25 % plochy ob\u00e1lky budovy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stav\u00edte d\u016fm nebo prov\u00e1d\u00edte v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnu dokon\u010den\u00e9 stavby*?
