Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nebo pronaj\u00edmatel, kter\u00fd nemovitost prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm realitn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159e nab\u00edz\u00ed, m\u00e1 pak povinnost p\u0159edat j\u00ed grafickou \u010d\u00e1st pr\u016fkazu energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budovy, ve kter\u00e9 je t\u0159\u00edda energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti uvedena. Pokud tak neu\u010din\u00ed, realitn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159 uvede nejhor\u0161\u00ed klasifika\u010dn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti, tedy p\u00edsmeno G. Pokud jsou tyto povinnosti pln\u011bny, potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1jemce nebo kupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1 p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o koupi \u010di n\u00e1jmu srovn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi nab\u00eddkami a m\u016f\u017ee tak porovn\u00e1vat jednotliv\u00e9 domy \u010di byty z\u00a0hlediska budouc\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f na jejich provoz. Pronaj\u00edmatel\u00e9 a prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed nab\u00edzej\u00ed energeticky \u00faspornou nemovitost, pak z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed na trhu v\u00fdhodu, nebo\u0165 n\u00e1klady na provoz jsou jedn\u00edm z\u00a0parametr\u016f, kter\u00fdm se z\u00e1jemci o n\u00e1jem \u010di koupi \u0159\u00edd\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1tn\u00ed energetick\u00e1 inspekce za\u010dala kontroly realitn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed intenzivn\u011bji zahajovat v\u00a0posledn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2015, aby jim ponechala ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das na implementaci pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed. Do konce roku 2015 bylo dokon\u010deno 46 kontrol, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e u 25 kontrolovan\u00fdch subjekt\u016f bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno pochyben\u00ed, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje cca 54 % realitn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nedodr\u017euj\u00edc\u00edch z\u00e1kon. Dal\u0161\u00ed kontroly byly dokon\u010dov\u00e1ny v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu 1. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 2016 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 byly za zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 pochyben\u00ed ukl\u00e1d\u00e1ny pokuty. K\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni bylo ulo\u017eeno zat\u00edm 17 pokut v\u00a0\u00fahrnn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i 84.000,- K\u010d. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed sankce byla zat\u00edm ud\u011blena ve v\u00fd\u0161i 10.000,- K\u010d, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed sank\u010dn\u00ed hranice \u010din\u00ed 100.000,- K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Vzhledem k\u00a0velk\u00e9mu procentu zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch pochyben\u00ed u kontrol dokon\u010den\u00fdch v\u00a0roce 2015 zintenzivnila SEI tyto kontroly i na po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2016, kdy k\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni byly zah\u00e1jeny kontroly u celkem 70 realitn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Navzdory skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee ne v\u0161echny z\u00a0t\u011bchto kontrol byly ji\u017e dokon\u010deny, bylo pochyben\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bno zat\u00edm u 40 kontrolovan\u00fdch subjekt\u016f, tedy u p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 57 % realitn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Jeliko\u017e je toto \u010d\u00edslo alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed a sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o nerespektov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed ze strany realitn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, bude SEI prov\u00e1d\u011bt tyto kontroly i v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku 2016. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se d\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1vat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsnost, co se ud\u011blovan\u00fdch sankc\u00ed t\u00fd\u010de, a to zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadech, \u017ee poru\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1kona o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed energi\u00ed bude zji\u0161t\u011bno opakovan\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>SEI se p\u0159i kontrol\u00e1ch realitn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159uje nejen na v\u00fdv\u011bsky a \u010dasopisy, ale i na internetov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a dal\u0161\u00ed kan\u00e1ly slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed k\u00a0inzerci. Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pochyben\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e1 absence klasifika\u010dn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti v\u00a0inzer\u00e1tu, ale inspekto\u0159i SEI se ji\u017e setkali s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy realitn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159 v\u00a0inzerci uvedla p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti, ne\u017e jak\u00e1 byla uvedena v\u00a0pr\u016fkazu energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti.
