Od ledna toti\u017e plat\u00ed nov\u00e1 povinnost dodat pr\u016fkaz p\u0159i nov\u00e9m pron\u00e1jmu byt\u016f, doposud se tato povinnost u byt\u016f t\u00fdkala pouze jejich prodeje. Povinnost zpracovat pr\u016fkaz m\u00e1 v obou p\u0159\u00edpadech na po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed majitele bytu krom\u011b vlastn\u00edka budovy rovn\u011b\u017e Sdru\u017een\u00ed vlastn\u00edk\u016f <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">bytov\u00fdch jednotek (SVJ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u201eBohu\u017eel m\u00e1me informace, \u017ee SVJ tuto svou povinnost vystavit pr\u016fkaz v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech nepln\u00ed a majitel bytu po n\u011bm zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pr\u016fkazu marn\u011b \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 \u0159adu m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f i let. Majitel bytu sice m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edat kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu \u010di n\u00e1jemci t\u0159i ro\u010dn\u00ed vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed za energie, ale v inzerci mus\u00ed uv\u00e9st nejhor\u0161\u00ed energetickou t\u0159\u00eddu G. Kv\u016fli absenci pr\u016fkazu m\u016f\u017ee zbyte\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edt o pen\u00edze, proto\u017ee byt pronajme za m\u00e9n\u011b pen\u011bz. V byt\u011b energetick\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy G toti\u017e n\u00e1jemn\u00edk plat\u00ed a\u017e o 1500 korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b v\u00edce za energie, ne\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad za byt v t\u0159\u00edd\u011b B,\u201c vysv\u011btluje \u0159editel aliance \u0160ance pro budovy Petr Holub. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Na kontroly zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fkaz\u016f ze strany SVJ se proto nyn\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed St\u00e1tn\u00ed energetick\u00e1 inspekce. \u201eSVJ majiteli bytu mnohdy sd\u011bl\u00ed, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu p\u0159edaj\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00ed vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed za energie. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b jde o myln\u00fd n\u00e1zor. Jestli\u017ee SVJ pr\u016fkaz majiteli bytu na jeho \u017e\u00e1dost nep\u0159ed\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee se majitel obr\u00e1tit na St\u00e1tn\u00ed energetickou inspekci, kter\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edpad pro\u0161et\u0159\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee SVJ ulo\u017eit sankci a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e 200 tis. K\u010d,\u201c uvedl k tomu \u0159editel St\u00e1tn\u00ed energetick\u00e9 inspekce Pavel Gebauer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSEI zat\u00edm ud\u011bluje pokuty pohybuj\u00edc\u00ed se v \u0159\u00e1dech tis\u00edc\u016f, max. desetitis\u00edc\u016f K\u010d, ale pokud je spr\u00e1vn\u00ed delikt sp\u00e1ch\u00e1n opakovan\u011b, tzn., \u017ee SEI p\u0159ijde na to, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 SVJ ji\u017e tuto povinnost poru\u0161ilo a op\u011btovn\u011b se v budov\u011b nap\u0159. prod\u00e1v\u00e1 byt, ani\u017e by na tuto budovu byl zhotoven pr\u016fkaz, bude SEI ve stanovov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e pokut daleko p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c dodal Gebauer.<\/p>\n<p>SVJ m\u00e1 z\u00e1konem o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed energi\u00ed stanoveno mnohem v\u00edce povinnost\u00ed, ne\u017e jen opat\u0159it si pr\u016fkaz p\u0159i prodeji nebo pron\u00e1jmu, proto jsou a nad\u00e1le budou kontroly SVJ ze strany SEI komplexn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kontakty:<\/p>\n<h6>Ing.
