Je definov\u00e1na jako vypo\u010dten\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ech pot\u0159eb budovy spojen\u00e9 s jej\u00edm typick\u00fdm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm. Jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o energii na vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpravu tepl\u00e9 vody, osv\u011btlen\u00ed, chlazen\u00ed, v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00fapravu vlhkosti vzduchu. Hodnocen\u00ed energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budovy odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed tzv. pr\u016fkaz energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budovy. Pr\u016fkaz je dokument, kter\u00fd obsahuje informaci o pot\u0159eb\u011b energie pro danou konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed budovu. M\u00e1 dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti grafickou, kter\u00e1 obsahuje mj. dob\u0159e zn\u00e1mou barevnou \u0161k\u00e1lu s p\u00edsmenn\u00fdm hodnocen\u00edm budovy a protokol, co\u017e je p\u00edsemn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed popis budovy a v\u016fbec v\u00fdpo\u010det pr\u016fkazu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u016fkazy energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed, \u017ee nov\u00e1 nebo pr\u00e1v\u011b zrenovovan\u00e1 budova spl\u0148uje nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavky na energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost. P\u0159i prodeji \u010di nov\u00e9m pron\u00e1jmu nab\u00edz\u00ed z\u00e1jemci ov\u011b\u0159enou hodnotu, ze kter\u00e9 lze \u2013 p\u0159i typick\u00e9m u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 odvodit ro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na energie a nov\u011b doporu\u010den\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed na zlep\u0161en\u00ed stavu, tedy i p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 investice. Jedn\u00e1 se o obdobu uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed normovan\u00e9 spot\u0159eby u automobilu nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161t\u00edtku s energetickou t\u0159\u00eddou na ledni\u010dce. Pr\u016fkazy energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti slou\u017e\u00ed k ochran\u011b spot\u0159ebitele. Informuj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky realitn\u00edho trhu o kvalit\u011b zbo\u017e\u00ed, co\u017e je z\u00e1kladn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem jeho dobr\u00e9ho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 tak nekupuj\u00ed \u201czaj\u00edce v pytli\u201d \u2013 tedy nap\u0159\u00edklad budovu, jej\u00ed\u017e provoz se jim n\u00e1sledn\u011b velmi prodra\u017e\u00ed. Chyby obsahuje skoro polovina<\/a><\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-post-date\"><time datetime=\"2016-12-06T08:42:13+01:00\">6. prosince 2016<\/time><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-post-excerpt\"><p class=\"wp-block-post-excerpt__excerpt\">Na nekvalitn\u00ed zpracovatele pr\u016fkaz\u016f energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov (PENB) se od lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku zam\u011b\u0159ila St\u00e1tn\u00ed energetick\u00e1 inspekce (SEI). Zkontrolovala u\u017e p\u0159es tis\u00edc pr\u016fkaz\u016f. Jak se ukazuje, chyby obsahuje cca 40 procent z nich. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pokuta byla zat\u00edm ulo\u017eena ve v\u00fd\u0161i 36 000 K\u010d.
